Delete your account

You can delete your Dualcent account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways.
In the app
Open the You tab, then Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. The account is removed straight away and you are signed out.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@dualcent.app from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Every scan, including any snapshots still within their 90 days.
- Your library, shelf, saved layers, tries, ratings, spins and balances.
- Your notification token.
Everything is gone within 30 days of the request, from backups too. Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires, with nothing that identifies you beyond the store's receipt. Virtual items, spins and essence, are not refunded on deletion.
